Send Shopify membership application updates from Memberply to Salesforce Leads and Contacts. Give the team handling trade, reseller or professional memberships the application context they need alongside their CRM records.

Map selected form answers to writable custom text fields in Salesforce. Private reviewer notes and business-verification responses are not sent.
An application workflow your team can follow
For example, a designer applies for a trade membership on your Shopify store. Salesforce receives the application status and selected answers. Your team reviews the application in Memberply, and later updates show whether membership is active. Approval and active membership remain separate, so an applicant awaiting payment is not presented as an active member.
Open Integrations > Salesforce CRM in Memberply. Setup requires Salesforce API access, an External Client App with client credentials, an execution user and the required custom fields. Your Salesforce administrator prepares these before you connect. You can choose to include existing applications and review errors or retry records in sync activity.
The connection runs from Memberply to Salesforce and keeps the latest application per email address per store. It does not approve applications from Salesforce, create Accounts, convert Leads or connect Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Updates run in the background; larger stores take longer to complete a scan.
