Can I try Memberply for free?
Yes. The Growth Plan includes a 14-day free trial, followed by US$49/month. You can use the trial to configure a tier, check benefit rules and review the member experience.
Does Memberply charge transaction fees?
Memberply does not take a percentage of your membership revenue. Growth costs US$49/month after the free trial. Your Shopify plan, payment processing and any applicable Shopify transaction fees are separate. Enterprise work is quoted separately.
Do I need a developer?
No. Memberply is designed so Shopify merchants can create membership tiers and benefits themselves.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel Growth anytime. Enterprise project and support terms are agreed in your proposal.
What is included in Enterprise?
Enterprise includes all standard Memberply features and Salesforce CRM integration, with custom integrations, tailored member experiences, migration assistance and implementation scoped around your requirements. Custom development and ongoing support are quoted separately. You do not need Enterprise to access standard features.
Does the price increase as I add members?
Growth includes unlimited members for US$49/month. You do not need Enterprise just because your member count grows.
Does the app fee cover the rewards I offer?
No. Budget separately for the store credit, discounts, shipping and other benefits you fund. The app fee gives you the tools to configure and manage those benefits.
