Monthly free product questions
Can members claim twice?
No. Each active member gets one claim per tier and calendar month, even if the merchant changes the gift mid-month.
What happens next year?
The January-to-December schedule repeats. Merchants can update it before the next year when they want different gifts.
Is shipping free too?
Not automatically. The item is free, while shipping remains chargeable unless another shipping benefit applies.
